Action Requested:

Welcome the Hashemi family who were evacuated by the U.S. State Department following recent events in Afghanistan. Salim Hashemi served as an interpreter and translator from September 2017 to October 2020, working closely with the United States Military. 
Manager's Recommendation:
Execute a Proclamation and present it to the Hashemi family.
